My name is Denis Larose and I am the photographer at Dal Photography. I am assisted by my wonderful wife who also supports me in our business every day. Our team focuses on capturing your event professionally by paying special attention to every detail possible.
Why I became a photographer
There is so many reasons why I became a photographer but there is one that stands out above the rest and that reason is, I just love creating art. This love continuously pushes me to become more creative and it drives me to become better at photography. My world has since been completely changed on how I look at things. I am amazed how I can see light as it falls on something or someone. My ultimate goal is to become the best High School Senior, children & family photographer in the area and one of the best in the world. This might sound like an ambitious thing to aim for but it does drive me to excel and become a better photographer day in and day out.
Our Photo Sessions
Every photo session that we do, we want to capture the moment that is happening in front of us. Whether we capture the bond between family members, or the love that new parents have for their newborn, or the memories of a grade 12 high school senior ready to take the next step we want to capture and externalize the story that lies behind each of these moments.
Our art tells a story. A story about something or about someone. A story about a moment in time that wants to be preserved in our client’s hearts. Our photos do just that and for us this is what it is all about. Believe me when I say that this is not a job for me but rather a gift that I was given at a time in my life that allows me to share what I see in front of me when I pick up my camera to take the shot.
I would not be able to do this without the tremendous support my wife Lisette gives me. We have been married for 40 years and have raised 3 wonderful children and now have been gifted with 4 incredible grand kids. Best of all, we continue to enjoy each others company every day.
